Limestone Foundation
In order to support the enormous weight of this solid stone building, limestone bedrock was exposed and our walls were laid directly onto the bedrock.
Traditional Stone Construction
This stone building was constructed using hand-gathered stones from our property. Traditional historic stone construction methods were used to build these sixteen-inch thick stone walls. The stones were left in their natural state and have not been worked with tools. Only square-faced stones were gathered in order to eliminate the stoneworking that would traditionally be needed.
Native Texas Materials
Almost every aspect of this building has been built with native Texas wood and stone. Our windows, doors, headers, cabinetry, and tables are built out of Texas cedar.
Sonora's First Tasting Room
Wine
Not only can you expect to see our wild and native fruit wines, but we will also be stocking the best of wines from other West Texas wineries.
Craft Cocktails
If we have ever served you at a local event, you know we make some of the best wine-based craft cocktails you'll ever have. You can expect everything from Juniper Berry Moscow Mules to Prickly Pear Margaritas.
Charcuterie Boards
We will be working with other small family-run businesses in Texas to procure handmade cheeses and chocolates for excellent wine pairings.

We will be serving small-batch coffee and unique brunch options every Sunday, including mesquite bean pancakes with smoked pork tenderloin.
